Above you see the text of 2 tweets sent out by someone I work with, peripherally, at my 'day job'––you'll notice that they begin every tweet with "http://" 

I can't for the g.d. life of me figure out why/how they do this, but I feel embarrassment and then I feel empathy. We are all those unnecessary HyperText Transfer Protocols, even if we just don't know it yet.

UPDATE: Sometimes the tweets look like this, and the hashtags aren't even visible because they didn't put it any space between them. It's truly a wonderment of futility and failure. And––if it were even possible to add injury to insult––this person tweets, a lot.
