Yesterday, I took my daughter to the eye doctor and in the waiting room they were playing Moana only the aspect ratio was all screwed up and something was wrong with the color. So the film was letterboxed and super stretched out and the saturation was too hot and there might have been some other glitch thing happening (if it wasn't for those amazing Lin Manuel Mirando songs, perhaps it would have been unrecognizable?). This flat screen was maybe 26" but it looked twenty years old and it was mounted right below the ceiling (far too high); it was so heavy — despite its relatively small size (because of its age) — it looked like it could fall at any moment and "I AM MOANA!!!" might decapitate a toddler (sadly). Afterwards, we went to Target to do some capitalism and a roving band of tweens were haunting the isles and they were far too loud and I'm comfortable enough to admit, they scared me. At one point one of these kids yelped, "KANYE WEST IS DEAD!!!" and it caught my ear above the rest of their 'conversation' — which previously had resembled some noxious, oddly machine-like clang — and, against my better judgment, I pulled out my phone and googled "kanye west dead." It turns out he wasn't dead but he had posted a 'poem' on his Instagram about being dead? I don't know. I didn't care to look into the matter further.

Just about finished with my recent LOST PROJECTS AUDIT, of which I linked to thirteen (13) projects yesterday. Not a whole helluva lot to add, but there's also something called The R.U.S.T. Series, an entire lost, massive mega-album which I added as a bonus disc to LP-49, and this video of a lunch I ate in 2018 (embedded left). In addition, I went ahead and tidied up both of my YouTube channels: MyAmerica I and MyAmerica II.

Over the weekend, I was able to organize/re-organize, recreate/re-animate, dust off, clean out, shake up, twist around, breathe life, tweak and finish thirteen (13), yes that's thirteen (13) various projects. Some of these probably weren't saving or at least not worth the effort of "officially releasing," such as in the capacity I am doing, I present to you now. But I'm a softie and a hard-boiled completionist. I couldn't let these little (and big) things die. So here they are, in no par•tic•u•lar order...

Mecca Rising - a HUGE-ass double LP (over 2 hours of music); just a total hodgepodge of crap recorded over the last ten years or so.

The Connections & The Mice - 2 failed television pilots for a now defunct (fake) TV network; and shit Chom Cruisky still owes me money!

A Year, a novel - more of a movie really.

BING BIRDS - they're BING BIRDS!

Mail Art - less of a "thing" and more of a "service" I am offering agaig; looking forward to the dollars to come spilling (digitally) in.

Total Dumbey - another album of mostly experimental music tunes; the only difference here is that these tracks are all REALLY old, at least a decade in the dust the lot of 'em.

Sure, if you wanna know it straight: the first thing I saw and heard — and (let's not fuck around about this) those are the two most powerful senses; if our sense were a wolfpack then you know those two duking it out to be alpha, baby — was a crow. This crow was a large menace, not a just a blackbird. And I had to pause, right there in the gravel and partly bad grass driveway, finally coming back to life with the rare 50° degrees we should be expecting today, and I had to say to myself, "no, crow, no. You will not be an omen. You are not an omen." Earlier my son said to me, "daddy, put down your phone." It was the first time he had strung all those words together. So I'll take that bird and his caw as a warning, nothing more and nothing less.

I forgot I wrote this note about a dream I had playing hockey in like an open area at a big mall that was frozen over and all the department stores were open and their floors were ice too and of the puck 🏒 which was a seashell 🐚 went in one of the stores it was still a live puck and I don't know how to skate so I think I was on foot maybe and we were playing a really good team (their might have been announcers I could hear?) and I went into like Macy's or something which was behind our opponent's goal and retrieved the puck (🐚) and I made a pass to a teammate who scored it for the win and then I woke up

I don't think I've ever eaten a pomegranate but I've eaten so many artificially flavored pomegranate things like why am I drawn to this flavor when I don't even know what the original "real thing" tastes like

I am definitely excited for this sober period I'm about to embark on
