You have to make decisions in life
Sometimes these are tough to do. Like "this is too jazzy for me" or "should I wear a sweater?" Ultimately, the final goal is to live deep into your 120s. Run your 15th and final marathon at age 102 then just chill the incubation length of a teenager. Say a prayer toast for to me.

AS YOU'VE PROBABLY SEEN, I'VE BEEN POSTING VIDEOS TO A NEW TWITTER ACCOUNT. THESE VIDEOS ARE SET TO AUTO-POST AS CONTENT ON THIS BLOG. I DON'T EVEN NEED LIFT TO FINGER!

I'm getting off all social media so far as consumption of content via them (i.e. reading tweets, etc) is concerned. Post-election I just find myself swirling in a constant need to look at my phones and all the news is bad. This is souring my mood and I need only positive thoughts. I should abandon the internet all together (in terms of consumption; I will never stop making the stuff). But part of me doesn't want to miss out on a cool music album or a neat sports thing. TBD how I get my fix in those dept's.

Started training for my second marathon in earnest yesterday. I think I'm gonna 'blog' about my runs/experiences in more detail via the "Health & Fitness" tag at my tumblr. It's time to MAKE AMERICAN JEFF GREAT AGAIN! Thanks.
The first time I heard of Leonard Cohen was via the Nirvana song "Pennyroyal Tea" off of their album In Utero. As a teenager, I was intrigued enough by this one line that I went out and bought (stole?) the famous Leonard Cohen greatest hits album, the one Ween parodied the album cover for The Pod. To be honest, he never really registered with me. But he is a well-regarded dude and now he is dead. RIP.
