This book will not be published online in any form at this time. It is essentially a diary of my life beginning about a year and a half before I stopped drinking and then the subsequent two and change afterwards. The before time is very sporadic but the post- sequence is nearly daily posts with references to audio and video sometimes linked to and sometimes not, but all media has been preserved. Formerly, this project existed online via the lifecast[dot]info brand/website. I now scratch the itch' that is this form of documentation via the daily movie review show which is in its final iteration and a new ultra longform video project I'm calling
