thx flickr ;)
Upon further review, this does not suck. I have a new photoblog now: (UPDATE/20202 = no i dont**). Check it out. Sure, I had to download over 12,000 photos from Flickr but look on the bright side: now I get to spend countless hours reposting all of them one by one on this new blog and then eventually adding all the new ones I take in (~) "real time." Until I am dead even! Haha. No but honestly, this is actually pretty neat. It's forcing me to actual LOOK AT THESE pictures which would've otherwise just laid to rot in that Flickr album I so creatively titled "photography" a decade ago.
I NOW REMEMBER HER SMILING FACE WHEN I "SAVED" HERE; SHE WAS COVERED IN MUD. (PHOTO #94)
I HOPE SO BECAUSE IT'S GONE NOW. (PHOTO #89)
I NOW REMEMBER HOW SMALL THEY FELT WHEN I RETURNED. (PHOTO #62)
I MEAN, YEAH PROBABLY: "BUTTS JEW" IS STILL PRETTY HILARIOUS TO ME LOL. (PHOTO #48)

I'm no Photog, not even close. And these pictures aren't necessarily good. But when I got a digital camera over ten years ago, I saw something bigger than any megabyte or pixel in it. I saw a way of creating a memory. The first 13,000 will only exist as pictures and then after that I will add context. This is my plan and it might take me all of 2019 to level it out. I'm only getting older. Pictures mean less to me now as each day seemingly blends into the next. Eventually (I hope) it will just be context and no imagery. Because as the senses fade, I'll be lucky to have that. For now, though:
** I am currently (today is Dec 3 20202) at close to 17,000 images and they're all being nicely stored OFFLINE. I abandoned the above project because it was super time-consuming and ??? everything else always what I always always I do do dodo-brains... I have the images is what I'm trying to say
