Here's my thinking

AKA 'My Thoughts™'

If I am going to not sleep and basically look like shit, ie sleepy-looking, eye bags, etc etc, then I might as well loose weight because the combo of my face being a total disaster + a lil fat is not a good look imo, and so I am committing (finally?) to shedding a few lbs––I've basically been the same weight for the better part of the last ~15 years but the peak me (probably around junior yr of HS) was probably in the 190lb range. I'm like 210 rn so... Yeah. Good talk.
